We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you have not received your item or your item is not in the appropriate condition, feel free to contact our support team (at firstname.lastname@example.org). If you have received your item and are not satisfied you have 30 days after your purchase to start your refund.
When applying for a refund or return, please provide us with clear and complete images of the package and product by email. We kindly request that you share the following details:
- outer packaging (corrugated shipping box)
- inner packaging (bubble wrap, shrink wrap)
Please do not throw away the product or packaging or turn down your delivery under any circumstances before contacting us. We're unable to provide compensation of any kind if you've already thrown away the product or packaging or turned down your delivery.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. However, the payment processor and your bank/credit card company might take an additional of 10-15 business days to process the refund.
The refund is sent on the original payment method.
Cancellation (if applicable)
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of completing the payment. Please note that we are unable to change or update the address after 24 hours. We are unable to cancel orders after 24 hours; you may request a return after receiving the item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not provide exchanges from any sort. After the purchase is finished, buyers must assume the responsibility of the purchase.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
